Job summary

Synstack Technologies is seeking a senior WMS/OMS/ERP integration lead in San Ramon, CA. You will design, develop, and deploy WMS solutions, owning end-to-end workflows across OMS, WMS, and ERP while collaborating with business, operations, IT and vendors.

You will resolve complex data and interface issues and guide a high-performing team through SIT, UAT, and go-live phases. The role requires 10+ years in supply chain applications with strong warehouse process knowledge and API/EDI/middleware

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain applications (WMS/OMS/ERP).
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes (receiving, put away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control).
• Experience with OMS-to-WMS-to-ERP integration flows.
• Hands-on development/support with APIs, EDI, middleware, SQL, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, configuration, testing, deployment, and support of WMS solutions.
• Own end-to-end flow across OMS, WMS, ERP and related systems.
• Partner with business, operations, IT and vendors to translate requirements into system solutions.
• Support order lifecycle processes including capture, allocation, fulfilment, shipment confirmation, cancellations, and returns.
• Troubleshoot production issues and interface/data mismatches across systems.
• Review specs, test cases, and deployment plans; support SIT/UAT and go-live activities.
• Provide root cause analysis and recommendations for long-term fixes.
• Mentor team and guide technical decisions for enhancements and support.
