Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain seeks a Senior Solution Architect to define and govern end-to-end technology for warehousing and logistics, owning the WMS roadmap and driving modernization. You will lead architecture across WMS/TMS/OMS and ensure scalable, API-driven integrations for multi-client, multi-warehouse environments.

Collaboration with sales and product teams will be essential to align with enterprise strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, supply chain technology, or related field.
• 10+ years in solution architecture with strong WMS and global supply chain focus.
• Experience with SOA, microservices, messaging, databases, and large-scale system integration.
• Proven ability to drive change and enterprise adoption of architecture standards.

Responsibilities

• Define, govern, and lead the architecture vision, principles, and technology roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Design scalable architecture across WMS, TMS, OMS, YMS, LMS, and related systems.
• Oversee event-driven, API-based, and EDI integrations and multi-client environments.
• Own and define the WMS technology roadmap in partnership with business leaders.
• Lead vendor evaluations, RFPs, and PoCs for WMS and adjacent technologies.
• Lead critical customer demos with Sales and Solutions teams.
