Jobgether partner company seeks a Manager, Supply & Logistics to drive WMS rollout across RDCs/FDCs in the United States. You will lead training, design SOPs, and coordinate Go-Live activities, collaborating with IT and operations to ensure smooth adoption and continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate will have 5+ years in supply chain/logistics, SAP/WMS experience, and strong leadership and change-management skills. Remote work is also considered, with some focus in Michigan-based contexts.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Order Management.
• 3+ years in outbound logistics processes.
• Strong collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SAP; familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of IT interfaces, system integrations, system design, or system maintenance.
• Strong leadership, organization, project management, and change management capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate complex activities, manage competing priorities, and guide teams through operational and technological changes.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee training, preparation, and implementation activities for warehouse system transformation across the supply chain.
• Lead the overall training strategy and develop comprehensive training curricula aligned with operational requirements and system functionality.
• Guide teams through Go-Live activities and Hypercare periods, ensuring effective deployment and post-launch support.
• Oversee the creation of SOPs, QRGs, training materials, training environments, and other resources that support knowledge retention and system adoption.
• Coordinate and align training plans for Go-Live activities, including Infios fundamentals, Train-the-Trainer sessions, end-user training, and remedial training.
• Develop and monitor training metrics to track progress, readiness, and the effectiveness of training in reducing errors and issues during Go-Live and Hypercare.
• Build knowledge of relevant system configuration processes to support implementation and ongoing improvements.
• Participate in system testing to validate functionality and identify potential issues.
• Contribute to system design and blueprinting activities, ensuring warehouse processes and business requirements are properly addressed.
• Identify, manage, and elevate issues when necessary, taking ownership of challenges and supporting timely resolution.
• Collaborate with operational teams, IT stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to drive continuous improvement and successful system adoption.
