ResMed Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) HighJump Developer to design, develop, and integrate warehouse technology solutions across the enterprise.

You will work closely with operations, IT, and external vendors to create scalable, high-performing WMS applications and ensure reliable data exchange with ERP systems. The role emphasizes integration with Oracle ERP, API-driven connectivity, and ongoing optimization of warehouse processes to improve efficiency and accuracy across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years of WMS development experience, preferably with HighJump.
• Experience in supply chain, warehousing, or distribution environments.
• Knowledge of integrating WMS with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
• Understanding of APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Proficiency in SQL (Oracle and MS SQL Server).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse automation and vendor integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain WMS applications, with HighJump focus.
• Integrate WMS with ERP platforms, preferably Oracle.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure reliable data exchange across platforms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Optimize performance and drive system improvements.
• Troubleshoot defects across integrated environments.
• Partner with operations, IT, and vendors on critical initiatives.
• Support governance, standards, and best practices in development.
• Contribute to evolving warehouse and supply chain tech capabilities.
