Job summary

Schwan's Company in Stilwell, OK, is hiring for a full-time 2nd shift production position in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods, ensuring all items meet company and government quality standards.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexible rotation with overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity; capable of repetitive motions.
• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products and document waste as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform duties in compliance with USDA, OSHA, State and Federal regulations (GMPs and safety).

Starting Pay: $17.25 per hour

Additional $1.50 shift differential from 6 p.m. -- 6 a.m.

Hours: 4:15PM - 1:45PM

What You Will Do

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure that all products (from raw materials to finished products) meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; throwing out or fixing products as necessary; writing down amount of waste as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform all duties in compliance with existing USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures (including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and safety regulations).
