Job summary

CJ Schwan's is seeking a full-time production associate in a food manufacturing environment in Stilwell, OK. You will unpack materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, package goods, and help ensure quality from raw materials to finished products.

Work includes inspecting products, recording waste, and communicating issues to supervision while complying with GMPs, safety rules, and regulatory standards. Shift is second, with a differential; benefits and PTO are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products and record waste; notify supervisor of quality issues and equipment breakdowns.
• Follow USDA, OSHA, state and federal regulations, GMPs and safety rules.

Starting Pay: $17.25 per hour

Additional $1.50 shift differential from 6 p.m. -- 6 a.m.

Hours: 4:15PM - 1:45AM

What You Will Do

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure that all products (from raw materials to finished products) meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; throwing out or fixing products as necessary; writing down amount of waste as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform all duties in compliance with existing USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures (including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and safety regulations).

What We Look For

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity; capable of performing repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.
