Job summary

Foth Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a WisDOT Construction Project Leader in Milwaukee, WI. This on-site, full-time exempt role collaborates with WisDOT PMs to drive scope, schedule, quality and budget across the project lifecycle.

Key qualifications include a Civil Engineering/related degree and HTCP WisDOT certification, with 5+ years of construction management on infrastructure projects. Preference for a PE and 10+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management/administration experience on state, federal and/or municipal infrastructure projects.
• HTCP WisDOT Certification.
• 10+ years of construction management experience (preferred).
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.

• Perform as Project Leader on Foth’s WisDOT construction team.
• Work directly with WisDOT project managers throughout the project life-cycle to ensure scope, schedule, quality and budget are successfully achieved.
• Represent Foth Infrastructure Solutions in annual WisDOT Construction Fair interviews.
• Assist in the development of Notice of Interest (NOI) on construction fair packages.
• Support business development efforts by strengthening and expanding Foth’s relationships with WisDOT.
• Mentor, support and train field personnel on WisDOT construction processes and standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform as Project Leader on Foth’s WisDOT construction team
• Work directly with WisDOT project managers throughout the project life‑cycle to ensure scope, schedule, quality and budget are successfully achieved
• Represent Foth Infrastructure Solutions in annual WisDOT Construction Fair interviews
• Assist in the development of Notice of Interest (NOI) on construction fair packages
• Support business development efforts by strengthening and expanding Foth’s relationships with WisDOT
• Mentor, support and train field personnel on WisDOT construction processes and standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field or equivalent technical experience
• 5+ years of construction management/administration experience on state, federal and/or municipal infrastructure projects (i.e. transportation, utilities, bridge, etc.)
• Proven ability to follow WisDOT construction processes as a project leader
• Highway Technician Certification Program (HTCP) WisDOT Certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer
