A leading nonprofit health system in Wisconsin's Fox Cities is excited to welcome a full-time Urologist to its established and well-respected practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a general urologist to join a busy practice with immediate patient volume, a strong regional referral base, advanced surgical technology, and extensive clinical resources. Some subspecialties can be supported in the context of a general urology position.

Position Highlights:

• Join an established urologist and 2 experienced APPs, with additional locums and community support provided
• Broad general urology practice with a mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
• Approximately 70 surgical cases per month across the team
• Call is no more than 1:4 and is approximately 5 days per month
• Broad procedural mix, including percutaneous stone procedures, ureteroscopy, ESWL, scrotal procedures, TURP, UroLift, InterStim, hand-assisted nephrectomy, and bladder procedures
• Advanced technology includes a da Vinci robotic surgical system, Thulium and Holmium lasers, urodynamics, and disposable cystoscopes
• Strong clinical and operational support staff
• Immediate patient volume supported by an established regional referral network
• Competitive base salary with additional wRVU production incentives, a sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance
