American Traveler is seeking a Travel RN for a Level IV NICU in Madison, WI. You will provide specialized care for critically ill newborns, including ventilation management and post-operative support, on 12-hour night shifts. A week-long orientation is provided, with weekend requirements and potential travel within the organization.

Required WI or compact RN license, 2+ years acute care (1+ year NICU Level IV), and certifications in BLS, PALS, and NRP. Epic EMR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active WI or compact RN license in hand at time of submission.
• Minimum two years of acute care in the last three years, with at least one year in a Level IV NICU.
• Current BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Epic EMR experience required.

Responsabilités

• Care for critically ill newborns and infants in a Level IV NICU.
• Night shifts 7:00pm–7:30am, 4x12 hours weekly; 2–3 weekends every 6 weeks.
• Manage advanced ventilation and post-op care including tracheostomies and g-tubes.
• Float to other units as needed; maintain telemetry readiness and strict telemetry criteria.
• Follow unit protocols and document in Epic EMR; participate in orientation.
