Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Master Plumber license and registration.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on plumbing and sewer infrastructure experience.
• Strong knowledge of Wisconsin plumbing codes and permit processes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing, sewer, and drain systems across commercial, industrial, municipal, and residential settings.
• Troubleshoot complex issues including code compliance, structural failures, blockages, corrosion, and drainage problems.
• Ensure work adheres to Wisconsin codes and local regulations; coordinate permits and inspections.
• Provide technical leadership to journeyman plumbers and field technicians as the department grows.
• Oversee operation of sewer and environmental service equipment (hydro-jetters, cameras, drain machines, vacuum/vactor systems).
• Interpret blueprints and technical specs; document work, materials, and outcomes.
• Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory standards; communicate with customers and inspectors.
