Job summary

Panelmatic Inc. is seeking a dedicated Wiring Technician in Ohio to drill holes, install low-voltage wiring through new constructions, assemble and install control panels and switches, and test systems for safe functionality.

Responsibilities include referencing shop prints, installing conduits and gear (SWGR, VFDs, ATS, DCS), wiring, crimping, labeling, and ensuring compliance with NEC codes. Candidates should have a high school diploma and experience with electrical panel wiring.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and wire schedules.
• Two plus years of wiring electrical panels required.

Responsibilities

• Reference shop prints to determine equipment placement per NEC.
• Install wire ways, conduits and cable trays and ground electrical equipment.
• Assemble and install electrical components such as sub-panels per drawings.
• Connect wiring between components using hand tools and crimpers.
• Label wires, ensure proper routing and meet design specs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform customer site work as needed.
