Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience wiring in manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Wire bucket and door assemblies according to specifications using tools such as wire strippers, crimpers and basic hand tools.
• Execute complex wiring tasks using schematics, diagrams, and BOM.
• Ensure all connections and crimps meet specifications and standards.
• Inspect completed work for electrical standards.
• Follow production schedules to meet assembly line demand.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team to escalate issues.
• Promote a safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties and cross-train as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
