Fathom Robotics in Fort Worth, TX is looking for an Electronics Technician to build and test electronic systems for our uncrewed maritime platforms. The role is hands-on from start to finish: reading engineering drawings, wiring marine-grade electrical systems to IPC standards, and testing assemblies before they’re deployed.
You’ll work with the engineering team to troubleshoot, maintain build documentation, and ensure everything that leaves the shop is built to spec.

Fathom Robotics is hiring an Electronics Technician to join our Fort Worth shop, building and testing the electronic systems that go into our fielded uncrewed maritime platforms. This role is hands-on from start to finish: reading engineering drawings, wiring and terminating marine-grade electrical systems to IPC standards, and testing assemblies before they're integrated into vehicle hulls and payloads. You'll work closely with our engineering team to troubleshoot issues, maintain build documentation, and make sure everything that leaves the shop is built right.
The systems you build go onto vehicles supporting active government and commercial defense programs.

Work takes place at our Fort Worth shop, supporting builds for active programs. Expect added hours and short-notice availability around integration deadlines and test events.

$25-$32/hour, commensurate with experience
