Job summary

Silvertip Completion Services is seeking an on-site oilfield technician with a CDL and at least 1 year of field experience. You will rig up/down equipment, perform tool maintenance, and maintain site records at the well site and shop.

Strong customer relations and adherence to safety rules are essential. Responsibilities include completing paperwork, following detailed job instructions, and driving company vehicles safely.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B required.
• Minimum 1 year oilfield experience.
• Knowledge of oilfield operations and related equipment.
• Knowledge of services performed in the field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for jobs and perform tool maintenance, pre-/post-job checkout.
• Rig-up and rig-down equipment at the well site.
• Service mechanical devices and build logging cable heads.
• Perforating cable heads and maintenance on the tools.
• Maintain well site/DOT records and communications as required by District Manager.
• Completing job-related paperwork and other records for self and assigned crew.
• Promoting and maintaining good customer relations.
• Receiving instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on well site activity.
• Performing basic duties at the well site and at the shop.
• Driving company vehicles in a safe manner while observing Company and government regulations.
• Performing other related duties as required.
