Qualifications

• Minimum 2 – 5 years’ experience in construction management in wireless telecommunications.
• Hands-on experience managing crews on the General Contractor side.
• OSHA 30 certification required; Comtrain Train the Trainer a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen customer relationships across projects.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to keep them on track.
• Lead, motivate, and develop crews and crew leaders.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance.
• Handle administrative tasks including daily reports and timesheets.
