Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join their Wireless Vision team in Midlothian, VA. The successful candidate will represent the T-Mobile brand and provide exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals. Responsibilities include engaging customers, managing accounts, and participating in marketing efforts. Ideal candidates should have at least 6 months of retail experience and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Medical benefits and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in retail or customer-focused environment.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional, energetic and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time on the sales floor.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, greet customers and assess their needs.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals through customer account management.
• Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business.
• Assist with retail store functions in compliance with policies.
• Engage in service selling and ensure customer satisfaction.
