Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Software Systems Integration and Test (SSIT) Engineer to drive comprehensive end-to-end feature validation and test-framework development for large-scale wireless software subsystems.

You will work on CI/CD integration, test automation, and cross-team collaboration to ensure smooth software releases. The role requires a strong foundation in C/C++, Python, multi-threading, OS fundamentals, and the ability to troubleshoot embedded software and hardware

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering; 2+ years of Embedded Software experience also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Develop feature test plans and perform comprehensive end-to-end feature validation for large-scale software subsystems.
• Plan and execute feature validation for development milestones and external activities, including operator trials and industry showcases.
• Develop, maintain, and execute test frameworks, utilities, and test automation; integrate with CI/CD workflows.
• Establish software, hardware, and network environments for end-to-end system integration and testing.
• Collaborate with software development and system test teams to plan software releases and support end-to-end integration; debug embedded software and troubleshoot issues.
