Job summary

Arch Telecom's Retail Store Manager (RSM) leads a retail team to bring the brand to life, living by Arch Telecom's core values and focusing on customer needs while educating, demonstrating and recommending devices and services.

The ideal candidate will guide the store to meet sales goals, oversee all store functions from sales and inventory to program implementations, and build strong relationships with customers across channels to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management capability in a retail environment.
• Experience in wireless or consumer electronics sales a plus.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive store sales and oversee sales, inventory, and new programs.
• Demonstrate products and educate customers to uncover needs and provide solutions.
• Build relationships across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Train and develop store staff on in-store experience and processes.
• Identify and hand off small business leads while supporting store goals.
