The role emphasizes hitting sales goals, learning from store leaders, and building personal connections with customers. Comprehensive training is provided with opportunities for advancement within a dynamic retail team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, serving customers and resolving issues.
