This role offers a base pay of $12.00 per hour with uncapped commissions; the average with commission is $17.00 per hour, with potential to earn more based on performance and store needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn wireless products quickly.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Open availability during store hours.

Responsibilities

• Sell cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing and community events.
• Contact current customers for upsell opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services.
• Handle daily store operations including cash management and administrative duties.
• Develop and monitor daily/monthly sales goals.
