JM Wireless – Al Quintard & St - FT RSR - Metro by T-Mobile in Anniston, AL, is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to be the energetic face helping customers stay connected. You’ll showcase devices and plans, guide customers to the best solutions, and contribute to a lively team focused on tech and service.

Compensation includes individual commissions paid twice a month, with average total compensation ranging from competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Retail or wireless sales experience is a bonus; willingness to learn is valued.
• Excellent communication and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Goal-oriented and driven to surpass sales goals.
• Knowledge of wireless devices, plans and accessories is a plus.
• Open to weekends/holidays and able to work flexible hours.
• Ability to stand for long periods and assist customers efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm, discovering their wireless needs
• Demonstrate devices, plans, and accessories to excite and inform
• Drive sales by promoting upgrades, activations, and accessories to hit targets
• Help customers set up devices, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth experience
• Stay ahead of promos, trends, and new products
• Deliver top-tier customer service and build loyalty
• Keep the store vibrant, organized, and visually appealing
• Support inventory management and stock displays
• Follow company policies to ensure secure and private transactions
• Ongoing training and team collaboration for best practices
• Work with teammates to create a fun, positive shopping environment
