Job summary

Luna Wireless, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is seeking Retail Sales Representatives to join our fast-paced team. You’ll be a brand ambassador, delivering hands-on demonstrations and building excitement in-store while helping customers find the right solutions.

We offer competitive base pay plus commission, benefits for part-time and full-time associates, 401K, medical/dental/vision, and generous paid time-off. Prior retail or sales experience is preferred; bilingual Spanish encouraged.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to customers, while providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty.
• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Sell a mix of devices, plans, and accessories to meet customer needs and preferences.
