Premium Retail Services is hiring a Wireless Sales Professional to connect shoppers with wireless products and solutions in North America. You will act as the go-to wireless expert, meet sales goals, upsell accessories, and deliver friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll start conversations with customers, explain plans in simple terms, build personalised product baskets, and help customers set up and activate new devices while keeping displays stocked and presentable.

• No mandatory prior sales experience; must be driven to learn.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple terms.
• Recommend personalised product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
