TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer is hiring a Retail Sales Representative in Dubuque, IA. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and provide wireless solutions both in-store and over the phone.

The role offers ongoing training, opportunities for growth, and a compensation plan with uncapped commissions and bonuses. Ideal candidates have retail sales experience, are able to commit to full-time hours, and possess reliable transportation for occasional location shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail storefront environment experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation to multiple locations as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Travel up to ~10% may be required.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Open the store and welcome each customer, building connections and delivering solutions.
• Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations in wireless retail.
