Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking Retail Sales Associates to join our Walmart Wireless Sales Program. As a Wireless Sales Pro, you will work in the wireless services section within your local Walmart, engage with customers, promote post-paid and pre-paid plans, and help shoppers choose a plan that fits their needs.

The position offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, paid training, next-day pay with DailyPay, health benefits, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals monthly.
• Direct customers by escorting to displays; assess needs and suggest products.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Help customers make selections by building confidence.
• Document and report sales accurately.
• Contribute to team effort and complete related tasks.
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Keep workstation clean, organized and presentable.
