Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking Part-Time Retail Sales Associates to join our team of Wireless Sales Pros in Crawfordville, FL. You will work in the wireless services section within your local Walmart and engage with customers about post-paid and pre-paid plans, accessories, and service options.

This role offers paid training, base pay with uncapped commissions, next day pay with DailyPay, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Welcome customers and offer assistance.
• Direct customers to displays; assess needs and suggest products.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Help customers make selections by building customer confidence.
• Document and report sales; communicate activity to Retail Operations.
• Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional and presentable.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
