Job summary

Acosta Group is hiring a Wireless Sales Pro in Wallace, North Carolina to connect shoppers with wireless products and solutions. You will close sales, upsell accessories, start conversations with customers, and keep plan displays fully stocked while delivering energetic, knowledgeable service.

This part-time role provides an hourly base rate with uncapped commissions, weekend and evening availability, health benefits including telemedicine, coaching, and clear opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Able to learn wireless products quickly.
• Willing to work weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalised product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
