2020 Companies is seeking Retail Sales Associates to join our Wireless Sales Pros team inside Walmart in Valley, AL. You will engage with shoppers about post-paid/pre-paid plans and accessories, and help guide purchasing decisions.

We offer paid training, base pay with uncapped commission, next-day pay via DailyPay, and benefits including health, PTO and a 401k match. Evening/weekend availability is expected in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.

• Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations.
• Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional and presentable at all times.
• Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately.
