Victra Retail Sales Consultant in Conway, SC delivers world-class service while guiding guests through product benefits and solutions. You will drive in-store experiences, meet monthly sales goals, and learn Victra's sales process.

This full-time role includes paid training, a base plus uncapped commission, benefits, and opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities
