Job summary

Connectivity Source is hiring for Mobile Associate and Retail Assistant Manager roles across our T-Mobile store network. You will greet customers, explain products, and drive sales while delivering an outstanding shopping experience in a fast-paced environment.

We offer an average pay range with bonuses and spiffs from $19 to $23 per hour, plus a $400 new hire payout and benefits like health coverage, PTO, 401k, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
