You will close sales through hustle, creativity, and problem-solving, including new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundles. You will set up and activate products while maintaining stocked displays.

Experience is not mandatory, but a drive to learn and succeed in a high-energy retail environment is essential. Weekend and holiday shifts are common.

Formación

• Prior sales experience or knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalised product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
