Prime Communications is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers select wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions in-store. You will connect with customers, recommend AT&T products, and strive to hit sales goals while earning commission and growing your career.

The role requires strong communication, customer-facing experience, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. You’ll be part of a motivated team representing the AT&T brand in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred
• A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
