Job summary

Prime Communications in New York is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending wireless technology, entertainment, and connectivity solutions. You will deliver an in-store experience that drives sales and builds lasting relationships with clients.

You will earn base pay plus a competitive commission plan, with a ramp-up bonus in the first 3 months and access to training and career growth opportunities, plus medical, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
