Job summary

Prime Communications, the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S., is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Florida. You’ll help customers stay connected by recommending wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions that fit their needs and lifestyle, delivering an exceptional in-store experience every day.

You can earn base pay plus commission ($40,000 to $50,000+ per year based on performance), with a New Hire Ramp-Up Bonus in the first 3 months, plus training, medical/dental/vision,

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other store needs as required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
