• Friendly, confident, and motivated to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
• Identify customer needs and recommend wireless products, accessories, and plans.
• Process sales transactions and activations accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain in-store visuals and product displays.
• Stay up-to-date on devices, promotions, and Verizon services.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Educate and engage customers through demonstrations.
