You will engage customers, identify opportunities, present wireless solutions, and deliver an experience that reflects the standards of a nationally positioned organization.

This is an active sales environment— you will initiate conversations, understand customer needs, and confidently guide people through their options.

Qualifications

• No wireless experience is required; focus on confidence, discipline, communication skills and coachability.
• Willingness to initiate conversations and engage customers in a retail setting.
• Weekend availability is a plus for higher visibility and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers throughout the retail location to understand needs.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs and present wireless options.
• Prepare quotes and explain available promotions.
• Guide customers through enrollment and follow up on interest.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records and work toward team objectives.
• Represent Aurum with professionalism and integrity.
