Qualifications

1-3 years retail or customer-facing/sales experience preferred.
Friendly, confident, and motivated to achieve results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and product knowledge
Identify customer needs and recommend wireless products, accessories, and plans that best fit their lifestyle
Process sales transactions and activations accurately and efficiently
