Job summary

Prime Communications, the largest AT&T retailer with 2,000+ locations, is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in The Dalles, Oregon. You will help customers stay connected by recommending wireless tech and entertainment solutions while earning competitive pay and commission.

This role offers growth into leadership, in-store training, and a ramp-up bonus. Expect evenings and weekend shifts, 32+ hours weekly, and benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
