Job summary

Prime Communications in Ocala, FL, seeks a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose wireless technology and connectivity solutions. You’ll earn competitive pay with commission and have opportunities to grow into leadership roles within the nation’s largest authorized AT&T retailer.

You’ll build relationships in-store and in the community, meet sales goals, and contribute to a positive customer experience while representing the AT&T brand and supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
