Job summary

Connectivity Source is hiring for MOBILE ASSOCIATE and RETAIL ASSISTANT MANAGER positions at our numerous retail stores located in areas serving T-Mobile customers. Employees will earn an average all-in pay range with bonuses and spiffs from $16 to $20 per hour, with a $400 new hire bonus payout, and opportunities to advance within a growing company.

The team emphasizes exceptional customer experiences, sales goals, and a fun, high-energy environment in a Wireless Retail with 5G context.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
