Job summary

Connectivity Source is seeking energetic Retail Sales Representatives for our MOBILE ASSOCIATE and RETAIL ASSISTANT MANAGER openings in Florida. The role centers on delivering outstanding customer experiences and hitting sales goals in busy wireless retail stores.

Compensation includes an average all-in pay range with bonuses and spiffs from $19 to $23 per hour, plus a new hire ramp‑up bonus. Flexible schedules with opportunities for advancement and company benefits are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
