Connectivity Source is seeking motivated Retail Sales Representatives in Ohio to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales goals. New hires can earn a $400 sign-up payout and an average all-in pay range of $16–$20 per hour when bonuses and spiffs are included.

Qualifications

• Open availability for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Background check may be performed during hiring.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a retail store.
