Job summary

Acosta Group is hiring a Wireless Sales Pro in Melissa, Texas. You will engage shoppers, drive sales, and promote wireless products and services across our retail locations.

The role offers a competitive hourly base with uncapped commissions and opportunities for career growth. You must be flexible to weekends and holidays, and able to stand for 8–10 hour shifts. A supportive coaching culture and health benefit plans are also part of the package.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience is not mandatory; you must be driven to learn.
• Wireless category knowledge is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals with new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundles.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to activate new products.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.

What will you do?

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.

• Being able to stand/move around for 8-10-hour shifts.

• Maintaining flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.
