Job summary

Acosta Group in Mabank, Texas is hiring Wireless Sales Pro to join our team. As part of Premium's wireless sales network, you will close sales, upsell accessories, and guide customers through setup and activation in busy retail environments.

You will engage shoppers with your authentic selling style, strive to meet goals, and benefit from uncapped earning potential along with health benefits. Weekend/evening availability is preferred to cover peak times.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience is not mandatory.
• Must be driven to learn about the wireless category.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalised product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.

• Maintaining flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.

What experience should you have?
