Job summary

Acosta Group is hiring a Wireless Sales Pro to join our Premium Wireless team in JACKSONVILLE, TX. This part-time role focuses on meeting sales goals through customer engagement, product knowledge, and smart upsells.

You’ll help customers choose plans and accessories while maintaining attractive in-store displays and a high level of service. Compensation includes an hourly base with uncapped commissions and the potential to earn above the base through performance.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalised product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.

What experience should you have?

• Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn.
