Elite Wireless Corporation in Holly Hill, FL, is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to create outstanding shopping experiences, recommend mobile phones and service plans, and build relationships that drive repeat visits.

You will lead by example, assist with daily operations, and stay current on products and promotions. Bilingual English/Spanish, flexible hours (evenings/weekends/holidays), and a passion for sales are valued. Training is provided to grow into leadership.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience welcomed but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Help maintain inventory accuracy and store security.
• Support store operations to ensure an excellent customer experience.
