Job summary

Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States. A full-time Sales Consultant will drive the in-store experience with product knowledge and exceptional service, forging connections with guests to grow sales and loyalty.

You will earn an uncapped commission on top of a base hourly rate, with paid NHU training and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401K matching, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
