Job summary

Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, seeking Sales Consultants to deliver world-class service to Every Guest, Every Time. You will connect guests with technology, share product knowledge, and drive uncapped earnings through base pay plus commissions.

As a full-time Retail Sales Consultant, you will shape the in-store experience, exceed sales goals, and collaborate with store leaders. Training is provided, with benefits including health insurance and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to lift 10 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• All Sales Consultants must attend NHU training within 30 days of start date

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, serving customers and providing solutions.
• Be a passionate guest advocate and have fun while helping guests.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional service.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify tech.
• Support merchandising and operational functions.
