Job summary

Prime Communications is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to drive in-store sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will recommend wireless products, entertainment, and connectivity solutions while working toward sales targets and earning commission.

The role emphasizes customer-focused service, strong communication, and the ability to grow with a company that promotes from within. Evening and weekend availability is required, with a base pay plus commission and growth

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
