Job summary

Cellular World is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Celina, OH. You will build total solutions for customers, meeting monthly sales objectives across wireless, wearables, tablets and accessories, plus entertainment options like DIRECTV and Internet.

Commitment to exceptional customer service, teamwork, and participation in off-site promotional events is expected. Base pay plus commissions and a monthly bonus support earning potential, with strong performers reaching top annual totals.

Qualifications

Experience in retail sales is helpful but not required.
Willingness to attend promotional events outside regular hours.
Ability to build value with tailored solutions for customers and businesses.

Responsibilities

Build total solutions for customers to meet monthly sales objectives.
Sell a portfolio of products including wireless, wearables, tablets, connected car, accessories and device protection.
Offer AT&T entertainment options (DIRECTV, DIRECTV Stream, Internet) to complete customer experiences.
Deliver exceptional customer service and pursue challenging goals.
Assist store operations and collaborate with team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
